Newsletter Advertising Swap

I put out a monthly newsletter through Constant Contact and I was just wondering if anyone else who does a monthly newsletter would be interested in swapping a small advertising space? I currently have over a hundred newsletter subscribers with the numbers going up regularly (I only just started doing a newsletter this way about 3 months ago.) and thought it would be a good, free way to help get each others names out there and get some website hits.

If you don't currently do a newsletter I would also be interested in selling some advertising space for cheap! Email me and let me know if you are interested. kristina@bouncingoffthewalls.ca

I highly recommend Constant Contact for all your newsletter, survey and promotional email needs. You can try Constant Contact's products FREE for 60 days. You don't even need to give them a credit card. I did the free trial and then signed up. If you do decide to do it, let me know because we can both get credit towards our accounts for referrals!

Oh, and get on my mailing list! Bouncing Off The Walls

  1. I have a newsletter link set up on my website, but havent bothered to do anything with it. Do you find people respond to your newsletter?. How often do you send one out?

  2. I send them out once a month. Last month I swapped an ad with a friend and got 200 hits to my site from Constant Contact. (She uses them too so the hits could have been from either of our newsletters) I offer special deals that are available only to newsletter subscribers and yes, people use the them!

  6. Could you send me a newsletter?. I would like to take a look at it and see if it is something I might be interested in. How often do u do a newsletter?. Is it time consuming to set up? Do you think your sales has increased since having a newsletter?

  7. I put out a newsletter monthly unless I have something special going on or a special message to send out. It's not too time consuming. Try the free trial with Constant Contact. They're awesome, honestly! Since I started using them I began to look at all the newsletters that I subscribe to and almost everyone uses them! They keep a lot of stats for you to check too so you can see how many people are even opening your newsletter, how many people are clicking on the different links you may have in it etc.

The only way so far to know if my actual sales have increased from it are when people use the coupon codes I put in the newsletters when they're ordering. I can see the increase in web traffic, but I don't know if some of my orders are coming from the newsletter unless they use the code.
